Introduction

The purpose of this site is to detail the product life cycle management policies regarding all open line fabrics marketed under the Guilford of Maine® brand.

Classifications & Conditions

Code Green
SKUs that appear on current swatchcards, tips and memos. These SKUs are available for purchase/adoption in either full rolls or cut yardage. A five yard minimum is required.

Code Yellow
SKUs that DO NOT appear on current swatchcards but continue to be available at a more limited service level. These SKUs are available for purchase in full rolls only. A one roll minimum is required. SKUs remain code yellow for a maximum of 2 years before moving to code red.

Code Red
SKUs that do not appear on current swatchcards and are designated for obsolescence, code black, 1 year from the effective inactive date. Minimums, extended lead times and upcharges will likely apply. Please contact your Account Executive for more information.

Code Black
SKUs are obsolete. Products in this category are no longer produced and, except for any residual stock, are not available beyond the effective obsolescence date.
